2014 Board Nominees


Alan Antoniewicz

Alan E. Antoniewicz is the President/Chief Operating Officer for Spancrete.  Alan joined Spancrete in 2009 and is responsible for directing, administering and coordinating all activities toward achieving company goals for the global business; including its newer operations in Florida and Georgia.

Alan has over 30 years of senior management experience.  Prior to joining Spancrete, Alan was the President of Global Operations for Dresser Corporation based in Houston, TX, and previously held leadership positions at the Manitowoc Corporation and Joy Global in Wisconsin.

Alan has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  He is also on the Board of Directors for QAL Corporation, M2M Machining Group, Sentry Equipment and previously held board positions at Martell Construction, Citation Corporation and the Oak Creek Chamber of Commerce.

Giacomo Fallucca

Palermo Villa, Inc.

Giacomo has more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, primarily working in the family business.  Palermo Villa Inc. d/b/a Palermo’s Pizza is a legacy business in the Milwaukee area that began almost 50 years ago when Giacomo’s father and mother opened a bakery in the Third Ward.   

From a bakery to an award winning restaurant to a frozen pizza manufacturing company, Giacomo has been active in the business and was appointed President in 1985.  There are over 600 employees working in the company’s new manufacturing and office campus in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley.  Palermo’s brands include Flatbread, Primo Thin®, Pizzeria®, Classics, and the newest, exciting brand, Screamin Sicilian™. In addition to its branded products, Palermo’s is the nation’s leading producer of premium private label frozen pizza for the retail and club industry.  

Giacomo is a member and past president of the National Frozen Pizza Institute NFPI and a member of a national organization of CEO’s - The Executive Committee (TEC).  He serves on several Boards, including US Bank Milwaukee, Winsert Inc. in Marinette, Wisconsin, and Land O’ Frost Inc. out of Lansing, Illinois.  Giacomo is a member of the Milwaukee 7 Food and Beverage Advisory Council (FaB Wisconsin) and is also the Co-Chair, with the Mayor of Milwaukee Tom Barrett, for Earn and Learn the city’s summer youth program.   

David Gay

David is the Managing Partner of our Milwaukee office. In collaboration with the local leadership team he sets the direction and tone for the office, including coaching and development of our people, growing our practice by working with teams to identify the best solutions for our current and prospective clients, and being engaged  in leadership roles within the community.

As a member of the Central Region leadership team, David frequently networks with his peers nationally and globally to identify firm resources for our people, clients, and the community.

In addition to his leadership role, David is a career-long client-serving professional, and continues to serve clients as a lead audit partner.  He has over 18  years of experience in accounting, auditing and working with senior management, audit committees and Boards in addressing complex business issues. He focuses primarily on multinational consumer and industrial products companies.  He has also served clients operating in the construction / engineered products, distribution and financial services industries.

Prominent clients David serves or has served as a Partner include Badger Meter, Harley-Davison, Joy Global, Brunswick Corporation, and S.C. Johnson & Son.  He also has served several other publicly and privately held companies principally in the Wisconsin market, including both PE-backed and family-owned organizations.

David is actively involved with United Way of Greater Milwaukee, serving on the Board of Directors and the Emerging Leaders Council.  David also serves as a Board member for College Possible, is the Audit Committee Chair of the University of Wisconsin¬ís Center for Advanced Studies in Business and serves on the University of Wisconsin School of Business Diversity Advisory Council and Accounting Advisory Board.

Jeff Mueller

The company produces range hoods, bath & ventilation vans, trash compactors and central vacuum systems. Mueller began his career at Kohler Co. in 1991 as a foreman in Kohler Faucets and progressed through several positions within that business ... from manufacturing engineer, mechanical project engineer, supervisor of new product Introductions to director of faucet development engineering. He served as Managing Director of KB Latin Americas, where he built the business through production localization, distribution expansion, importation and brand building. From 2006 to 2007, he served as the general manager of Kallista and from September 2007 as the Managing Director of Kohler Mira. Before joining Kohler, he spent more than a decade working for his family's plumbing and heating business and showroom. Mueller holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in business administration, both from Marquette University.

Jonas Prising
Jonas Prising was named ManpowerGroup Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in May of 2014. As the company’s fourth CEO, he leads all aspects of ManpowerGroup’s business in 80 countries and territories worldwide. Prior to being elected CEO, Prising served as ManpowerGroup President from 2012 to 2014, leading the company’s $12 billion operations in the Americas and Southern Europe, and overseeing the global Right Management and Manpreviously served as managing director of Manpower Italy; director of Manpower Global Accounts – Europe, Middle East and Africa; President of North America; and President of the Americas.     

A recognized expert on the labor market and world of work trends, Prising regularly speaks at conferences and summits around the world. He actively engages in the World Economic Forum annual and regional meetings and frequently provides commentary on jobs and employment trends for national and global media.

Before joining the company, Prising worked for Electrolux, a Swedish multinational. During his 10-year tenure with Electrolux, he held various international positions within the consumer goods and business-to-business divisions, including regional manager for Asia Pacific, managing director of Sales Companies in France and the United Kingdom, and finally head of Global Sales and Marketing for one of its business-to-business divisions. 

Prising is passionate about preparing the workforce of tomorrow. He is a former chairman of the board of directors of Junior Achievement (JA) USA, and currently serves on the board of both the USA organization and JA of Wisconsin Inc. In addition, he serves as a co-chair of Innovation in Milwaukee, an organization focused on supporting entrepreneurial leadership. 

Prising holds an MBA (equivalent) from the Stockholm School of Economics and has participated in executive programs at Stanford, INSEAD and Yale. He speaks five languages: English, French, German, Swedish and Italian and has lived in nine countries across Asia, Europe and North America. Prising and his family reside in the Milwaukee area.

Gregory Wesley

Gregory Wesley focuses his practice on Labor and Employment, Government Relations, and Indian law.  His experience includes litigation of cases to successful conclusion as lead counsel in matters related to both insurance defense and employment discrimination.  Mr. Wesley conducts internal investigations, training presentations, counsels employers regarding harassment in the workplace, and provides training and counsel to managers and supervisors concerning compliance with state and federal employment laws.  His experience also includes the representation of corporate entities with high level government relations and public affairs issues.

Mr. Wesley is a Milwaukee County Supplemental Court Commissioner and past president of the Wisconsin Association of African-American Lawyers. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Blue Ribbon Task Force on Diversity.  He is currently serving a three-year term on the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee.  Mr. Wesley is the former Chairman of the Milwaukee Urban League, a member of the board of directors of the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee World Festivals, Inc. (Summerfest), the Zoological Society of Milwaukee, and the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee.  Mr. Wesley is an active member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and the National Bar Association and a trustee of the Faye McBeath Foundation. 

He was elected as a 2010 Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), Trial Honorary Society.  Mr. Wesley has regularly been recognized for his leadership in the legal and business community to include “2012 Outstanding Member of the Year”, Wisconsin Association of African-American Lawyers; The Milwaukee Business Journal “Power Book List” (2010, 2012); The Milwaukee Business Journal “Forty under 40 List” (2007); and the Milwaukee Magazine’s “Under 35 Future Young Leaders List” (2002).  He has also been named as a “Rising Star” by Wisconsin Super Lawyers (2006, 2007). 

Mr. Wesley earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received a B.S. from Indiana University-Bloomington.  Mr. Wesley is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court of the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Southern District of Indiana.

Ray Wilson

Assurance Partner - Greater Chicago Market
Ray has over 28 years of experience including 15 years as a partner. He serves as lead engagement partner on several multinational manufacturing, high tech and industrial product companies in Illinois and Wisconsin.   He is our global relationship part-ner on GE Healthcare.   

Ray has traveled on a regular basis to Europe and Asia, including China, Finland, Germany, Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

He is also the Firm Relationship Partner re-sponsible for all aspects of recruiting at the University of Wisconsin and also participates in various Peer and Quality Review programs.

Ray also has experience outside of PwC.  He was the Controller and CFO for two private manufacturing businesses.
