Purpose of the Roundtables

The Executive Roundtable Program provides a structured and confidential environment for executives to share best practices and resolve their business challenges.  By participating in a Roundtable, members can expect to make better decisions, improve communication skills and build relationships.

Roundtable Group Profile

Each Roundtable consists of 8-12 peers with similar company sizes in non-competing businesses. Meetings are held monthly, usually over breakfast, at a member's business, private club or restaurant. Each Roundtable is self-led, prioritizes issues to be discussed and develops its own agenda. A typical meeting could include discussion on an issue such as managing growth, finding and retaining top talent, enhancing compensation programs, health care costs or retirement plans.

Roundtable Events

Executive Roundtable members are invited to participate in a variety of exclusive events held throughout the year that provide educational, promotional and networking opportunities:

  • All-Group Spring Breakfast Meeting
  • Roundtable Golf Outing
  • Educational Roundtable Forums
  • Holiday Gathering

Roundtable Resources

The program's e-newsletter, Network News, keeps participants posted on member news, upcoming events and group activities.  Participants annually receive an Executive Roundtable Program Guide designed to help executives understand the Roundtable process and protocol.  Ongoing training opportunities are offered to maintain the health of the Roundtables and to promote the highest of standards.

Roundtables for High-Growth Companies

CEOs of Growing Businesses (CGB) is a service of the MMAC that brings together individuals who share a passion for building their businesses. These "business builders" share an entrepreneurial mindset, a desire to overcome challenges and a willingness to share their experiences.

CGB Roundtables act like a virtual advisory board - providing an intimate, confidential environment for discussion of critical business issues, experience sharing and problem solving. Groups are self-facilitated and consist of 8-12 executives with no competing interests. CEOs are from diverse industries so members have the unique opportunity to hear ideas and suggestions from different perspectives.

What makes CGB different from other groups?

Like-Minded CEOs

The CGB Roundtable fills a specific niche typically not found in other Roundtables. CGB members are entrepreneurs who are all aggressively growing their businesses, developing high-performance teams and transforming their industries.

Affordable Value

CGB's membership fees and time commitments are reasonable and manageable. Recognizing you have a business to run, CGB concentrates on delivering value in both time and money.

Powerful Content

In addition to the monthly Roundtable Program, CGB provides unique educational forums and dynamic networking opportunities.
