Business Executives (COSBE) was founded in 1986 to offer programs,

COSBE understands the special time constraints and
financial issues facing small, growing businesses. Its popular
Executive Roundtable programs give small business owners, chief executive
officers, chief financial officers, senior executives and managing
partners the ability to exchange ideas with each other in a confidential
setting.
