Industry-specific working groups
Business owners are not experts on epidemiology or public health. So in the middle of a pandemic, how do you develop policies that slow the spread of COVID without shutting down the economy? That is the question several industry-specific working groups grappled with in 2020, convened by MMAC with the City of Milwaukee Public Health Department.
In sectors ranging from restaurants and schools to sports and cultural venues, these groups have been working through the practical implications of City health orders to control COVID.
