Research consistently shows that leadership development opportunities are considered a top retention initiative for both Millennials and members of Generation X. Some of the most successful retention tools are those surrounding meaningful learning and professional growth and development. Living As A Leader and MMAC are partnering to bring an important development process to your talented leaders.
The Emerging Leader Series is a process, not a program or an event -- a crucial distinction from other professional development opportunities. The series offers outstanding content and a multi-faceted approach for high-performing individual contributors who have not yet moved into a formal leadership role. It includes six core workshops - accompanied by small-group coaching - that is designed to develop participant's skill to effectively interact with and influence others. Living As A Leader has provided development opportunities for 15+ years for individuals in leadership positions.
