This year MMAC will be introducing an exciting new event to our schedule. "MMAC Policy Hash," sponsored by Michael Best Strategies, will be a monthly breakfast event featuring state and local public officials giving attendees a first-hand perspective on what's happening and how it will impact your business and Metro Milwaukee. This new offering from our advocacy team will give MMAC members a unique opportunity to get an inside look at the issues and people driving public policy in the Milwaukee Region and State of Wisconsin.
 
We are very pleased to announce that our inaugural "Policy Hash" will feature Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn. This week, Chief Flynn announced that he will be retiring in February after 10 years as Milwaukee's top cop. Chief Flynn's tenure oversaw a period of enormous challenge and change in both policing and the Milwaukee economy.
