Is your company leaving money on the table?
MCAG Settlement Recovery Service
The MMAC has partnered with MCAG, an expert in obtaining money for businesses through its Settlement Recovery Service. MMAC members may be eligible to receive significant funds from current and future class action settlements. MCAG experts can find settlements your company may be eligible for with little effort on your company’s part.
In many of these cases, litigation has already occurred and the courts have already awarded damages. But a company may not know that it is eligible to receive a portion of a settlement. MCAG helps identify companies that are eligible for class action settlements, then will file the documentation to allow a company to be eligible to receive a portion of the awarded damages.
