If your company employs welders, please participate in this 15-minute, multiple choice survey to share information about your pre-employment qualifications when hiring your entry-level welders. Survey Open: Wednesday, May 29

About forwarding the survey or making changes to response:
Please note that the survey link recognizes the computer that opens it. The survey will save your data after each section. If you exit and return on the same computer the survey will remember where you were and return you to that spot. If you begin the survey and then forward it, you will lose the responses made to that point. If you make a mistake and want to remove your response, please email MNSurveys@mranet.org with your company name and we will clear your response so that you can resubmit.
The survey must be taken online, using the link below.

- It’s your opportunity, and manufacturers region-wide, to define what you need from your potential welders. What technical knowledge and skills must a candidate demonstrate to be considered for your employment? What qualifying standards do you use to determine a candidate’s competencies?
- The survey results will be used to create region, and state-wide, consistency on developing talent with the qualified competencies you and your industry require of entry-level welders.
- Upon completion of the survey, you’ll automatically be entered in a drawing to win MMAC’s Brewers tickets. Two lucky survey participants will win 2 tickets each.

Thank you for providing your critical input on this important industry-driven project. We are grateful for your time and encourage your involvement in the Manufacturing Careers Partnership.
