  • The Baird Parking Structure – Entrance on Kilbourn (501 W. Kilbourn Ave.)  or Wells  (500 W. Wells St)
    • The event rate in this structure is $25 + tax.
    • Spaces are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis
  • Hyatt Parking Structure
    • The Hyatt Regency is located at 333 W. Kilbourn Ave. There is a skywalk directly connected to the Baird Center.
  • Other Close Garages:
    • 330 W. Wells Street Garage
    • 6th & State Lot (entrances on 6th St and James Lovell St)
    • Isaac’s Garage (additional entrance located on Kilbourn Ave)
  • Metered Street Parking
  • We are expecting over 1,200 attendees so please allow yourself plenty of time to park and get seated. Registration opens at 4:00pm and the program will begin promptly at 5:00pmWe recommend arriving early.
  • Check in at registration where you will receive your nametag with drink ticket. There will be some reserved seating for our sponsors indicated by signage, otherwise it is open seating in the ballroom.
  • Doors to the ballroom will be open at 4:30pm. We ask that everyone be seated by 4:50pm.
  • During the pre-event reception, the bars will be open until 4:45pm. You may bring beverages into the ballroom for the program.
  • The Old National Bank Networking reception will begin right after the program in the lobby, the back ballroom, and on the outdoor patio (weather-permitting).  Multiple food and beverage stations will be located throughout the lobby and back ballroom.
