Noble Catering & Events participates in 2025 NFL Draft event
If there are two things you can count on Wisconsinites enjoying, it is professional football and supper club cuisine. This April, Green Bay, Wisconsin took center stage as the city hosted the 2025 NFL Draft. According to local press, over 600,000 fans descended upon Titletown marking the second-highest attendance in NFL Draft history. It took all hands on deck not only from Green Bay’s business community but also from businesses around the state. Milwaukee-based Noble Catering & Events was proud to bring its expertise to an event of such a large scale.
Launched in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Noble Catering began with partnerships at just 10 local venues. Since then, it has grown into an independent company known for fostering community through memorable culinary experiences. Today, Noble Catering is a preferred partner at over 30 event venues throughout the Milwaukee area and proudly holds exclusive catering contracts with the Milwaukee Public Museum, the Villa Terrace Museum and Gardens.
When Noble Catering President and Owner Kaelyn Cervero was presented with the opportunity to work at this year’s NFL Draft, she knew it was an experience that she could not turn down.
“It was one of those pinch-me moments,” she said.
The company participated in the NFL’s first-ever Taste of the Draft event. This philanthropic initiative presented by Schreiber Foods in collaboration with the Green Bay Packers, aimed to raise funds for GENYOUth, a national nonprofit on a mission to eliminate student hunger in Wisconsin.
The event centered around Wisconsin supper clubs and was hosted by renowned culinary personalities Andrew Zimmern, Mark Bucher and Paul Bartolotta. Noble Catering’s role was to recreate recipes from 28 supper clubs across the state for 900 event attendees, including those celebrity chefs and the event sponsors. It took the hard work of around 30 Noble Catering staff members and 45 student volunteers from ProStart-affiliated high schools to help the company pull off an event of such a large magnitude.
ProStart is a nationwide curriculum and mentorship program that provides students with an introduction to the restaurant and food service industry. In Wisconsin alone, there are 115 participating high schools. Wisconsin ProStart students took part in a salad recipe competition to decide who would be plating and serving at the Taste of the Draft event. Noble Catering was proud to work with winners from Wauwatosa West, Pulaski, Kimberly and Pewaukee high schools.
“Our company is really big on personal development,” said Cervero.
Cervero shared that Noble Catering’s collaboration with students likely had the largest impact on the company’s relationship with the community. Through this NFL Draft event, students were given hands-on experience and a clear vision of what a future career in food service can look like.
Following the NFL Draft, Noble Catering jumped right into several other exciting events and projects. The company displayed its cuisine at the Milwaukee Harbor District’s 10th-anniversary celebration and is excited to do the same at MKE Dumpling Fest scheduled for June 22. Noble Catering is also working toward the opening of Brixton’s Turn, its newest event venue and future culinary headquarters.
