FAQs

  1. Each roundtable has specific eligibility requirements. Generally, you must be:
  • A current MMAC member
  • In a qualifying executive position (CEO, CFO, CIO, Senior Executive or Sales Management)
  • From a company of appropriate size (5+ employees)
  • Not in direct competition with current roundtable members

Yes! Many companies have multiple executives participating in different roundtables. Additional roundtables beyond your first are $250 annually per group.

Roundtables meet monthly, typically over the breakfast or the lunch hour, at either a member’s business location, private club or restaurant.

Most meetings run approximately two hours, allowing sufficient time for in-depth discussion while respecting executives’ busy schedules.

Each meeting is unique and self-led by the group, but typically includes:

  • Updates from members on current business challenges and victories
  • Deep-dive discussions on a selected topic (e.g., talent retention, technology adoption, growth strategies)
  • Peer advice and solution-sharing
  • Occasional guest speakers or special presentations

While regular attendance is encouraged to build trust and relationships, we understand executives have demanding schedules. Most groups establish attendance expectations that balance commitment with flexibility.

Strict confidentiality is a cornerstone of our program. Our guidelines ensure that what’s discussed in the roundtable stays in the roundtable.

We carefully structure groups to avoid direct competitors. Members are placed in roundtables with executives from different industries or non-competing market segments.

Unlike traditional networking groups, our roundtables create a confidential environment for true peer problem solving. Each group is strategically curated to bring together executives at similar levels facing comparable challenges. Members can openly discuss sensitive issues, knowing they’re among peers who understand their unique pressures.

While members guide their own discussions, we provide a proven framework that ensures every session delivers actionable insights. Our structure maintains a focus on real solutions rather than sales opportunities or surface-level networking. The result? Meaningful connections and practical strategies you can implement immediately.

Members consistently report:

  • Fresh perspectives on business challenges
  • Tested solutions from peers who’ve faced similar situations
  • Valuable connections with other Milwaukee-area leaders
  • A confidential sounding board for sensitive issues
  • Access to collective wisdom on emerging trends and best practices

Enrollment is ongoing. Participants are placed throughout the year based on the composition of existing roundtables, the expectations of those seeking to join and the desire to sustain a noncompetitive environment. MMAC creates new roundtables based on the compatibility and interest of current and prospective members.
