“If it wasn’t for the work that the Milwaukee 7, the City of Brookfield and WDC did with us, we would not have made the investments that we’ve made and not put the employees in Brookfield where we have.

As MMAC’s economic development arm, we focus on attracting new businesses, helping existing businesses expand, and building a stronger regional economy.

M7 provides comprehensive support including site selection and real estate optimization, access to financing and business incentives, talent sourcing and workforce solutions, market expansion strategies, and connections to regional networks and resources. We serve as a one-stop shop to guide companies from their first visit through opening day and beyond.

  • Food and beverage manufacturing/packaging
  • Medical tech and manufacturing
  • Technology and electronic manufacturing

While MMAC is a broader business membership organization, M7 is specifically focused on regional economic development strategy. We work collaboratively – MMAC provides foundational business support while M7 leads coordinated, cross-county economic development initiatives. This partnership ensures comprehensive support for regional growth.

Businesses can invest in M7 to support regional economic growth. Your investment funds research, marketing, outreach to locationally active companies, site visits and ongoing support for companies investing here.
