Nominated Directors to First Term
Nicholas C. Bauer, CFA
Nick Bauer, CFA is the Founder and Managing Partner of Operose Advisors. He founded the firm in 2017 and has 23 years of investment experience. He serves as the primary investment consultant on several of the firm’s key relationships. Prior to founding Operose Advisors, Nick was Principal and Director of Geneva Capital Management in Milwaukee, WI. While at Geneva Capital Nick oversaw the growth of the firm’s institutional business from $1 billion of assets under management to $6.8 billion. Nick holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Nick serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Rogers Behavioral Health System, the Finance & Investment Committee of Versiti, Inc and the Investment Committee of Marquette University High School. He’s also on the Board of Directors of Terova Senior Living and is a member of the Limited Partner Advisory Committee for Marcus Real Estate Fund. |
Anoop Prakash
Anoop Prakash is President, Ambulance Division at the REV Group, a publicly traded specialty-vehicle manufacturer based in Milwaukee. At REV, he leads an organization of 1500+ people across four manufacturing facilities, that distributes five leading brands of emergency vehicles through a national dealer network. Prior to REV, Anoop was an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Automotive & Mobility, Technology and Consumer Practices providing executive search and leadership advisory services to CEOs, CHROs and executive teams. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Anoop spent 10 years with the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, in key general management (P&L), sales and marketing roles in the US, Canada, and India. Prior to Harley-Davidson, he held strategy and business development roles at two technology companies, and worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company, serving consumer and retail clients. Anoop is passionate about public service, having served as a senior political appointee at both the Small Business Administration and Department of Housing and Urban Development, and as a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Anoop grew up in the Midwest, and holds a BA in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In his free time, Anoop enjoys exploring new places with his wife and two daughters. Anoop is a former member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and currently serves on the board of the Hunger Task Force. |
