The Milwaukee 7 Partnership for Economic Development (M7) markets the region to companies looking to expand operations or relocate -- from across the state line to around the globe. M7 provides the tools and the project management to guide companies from their first visit through the opening of their new plant or office. We have successfully closed deals and attracted foreign direct investment from companies in China, India, Great Britain, Spain, Italy and Germany.
M7 staff and their counterparts in local economic development organizations throughout the region regularly survey and visit companies to discuss business challenges and expansion opportunities. M7 can then connect companies to resources, including:

The Milwaukee 7 also aligns and partners with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. (WEDC), the state's public-private economic development corporation, to achieve the economic development goals established for the state of Wisconsin and the WEDC network. |
