Jon C. Adams
Vice President Crane Solutions Group, Columbus McKinnon Jon joined the Company in January 2013 as Treasurer and Global FP&A Leader. In January 2019, he was named Global Finance Director Crane Solutions Group and in July 2021, he assumed the role of Interim Vice President Crane Solutions Group. From 2000 until 2013, Mr. Adams served in various financial leadership positions at Momentive Performance Materials, including Global Finance Leader and North America Commercial Finance Leader. Prior to that, he worked as a CPA for Ernst & Young. |
Dana A. Guthrie
Managing Partner, Gateway Capital Prior to her current role, Guthrie founded and managed Alchemy Angel Investors, an angel investment network focused on early-stage startups. She founded Alchemy Angel Investors while being employed full-time at a Fortune 500 company and managing a multi-million dollar, global product offering. Guthrie is a two-time patent recipient, holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, and a M.S. in Energy Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago. |
Robert (Bob) Hau
EVP & Chief Financial Officer, Fiserv, Inc. Bob provides oversight for all financial functions of the company. He has nearly 30 years of experience in business and financial leadership roles. Prior to joining Fiserv, he was EVP and CFO of TE Connectivity Ltd., a $12 billion global product technology company. At TE Connectivity, Hau was responsible for developing and implementing financial strategy, as well as creating the financial infrastructure necessary to drive the company’s financial direction, vision and compliance initiatives. Previously, Hau served as CFO for Lennox International Inc. and also spent 22 years at Honeywell International Inc. in a variety of progressive financial and operations leadership roles. Hau holds a master’s degree in business administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University. |
Adam Jelen
EVP - Midwest/West Division, Gilbane Adam is responsible for Gilbane’s Midwest and West operations. He joined Gilbane in 2005. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a recognized expert in Integrated Project Delivery, Lean Construction and Building Information Modeling. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University and Associate of Science in Science from Harper College. He serves as Executive Sponsor for Gilbane’s Military Advantage Employee Resource Group in support of veterans. He is a founding member and board President of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Milwaukee. |
Chris Miskel
President & CEO, Versiti Chris became President and CEO of Versiti on Feb. 1, 2017, after a 20+ year career exclusively in healthcare. Prior to joining Versiti, Chris served as Group Vice President and Global Immunology Franchise Head at Shire, helping to bring medicines to patients around the world and shaping the strategy for a $2.5 billion biopharmaceutical franchise. In his previous role at Baxalta, he was Vice President of Plasma Strategy and New Product Development. Chris also worked for Baxter International as Vice President of U.S. BioScience National Accounts and spent 17 years with Eli Lilly and Company, most recently as General Manager of their Australia and New Zealand operation. Chris earned a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School in 2000 and a bachelor’s degree, cum laude in Accounting, from Butler University in 1996. He also was a three-year starter on Butler’s basketball team, and named an Academic All-American in 1995. |
Andy Nunemaker
CEO, Groupware Technologies Groupware Technologies is a Milwaukee-based software company specializing in care management solutions. Andy is the former Vice President of Product Development for Benefits Solutions at Applied Systems and the former CEO of Dynamis Corporation which was acquired by Applied in October, 2018. Prior to founding Dynamis, Andy served as President of Intermedix EMSystems and CEO of EMSystems (Intermedix acquired EMSystems in 2010). Andy also held a number of executive roles with GE Healthcare including CEO of GE Healthcare for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University, a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard, where he served as student body president. |
