What's one fact about you – that most of your colleagues don’t know? I sing in my Church Choir and play the Trombone in our brass choir.
Where do you entertain out of town guests? North Hills Country Club for Golf and entertainment. Milwaukee Bucks or Brewers games depending on the season.
What was the last music or cultural event you attended? The Styx and Foreigner concert at Mequon's gathering on the Green. I know that was a while ago.

If you had a super power – what would it be? I have one! It is my faith in Jesus. I have found if you have that you have them all.
What is one professional goal you have for the next 90 days? To finish our companies strategic plan and then implement the tactical plan to achieve it. In the past it was a five year plan but the window of change is so rapid today we can't project quite that far. Our major emphasis is to be very nimble and respond to our customers needs in such a way that they never want to go anywhere else.
Growth – Neutral or Decline…How would you describe the 2-year outlook for your industry? Growth, Everyone of our customers had a slower 2019 due largely to the pandemic. That seems to be behind them and orders have increased significantly. I feel there is an undercurrent in the markets we serve to get back to business in a huge way. Much pent up excitement. I hope our Governments at all levels will get out of the way and let all economies flourish.
Professional admirer – Name one person in the MKE region whom you admire and why. Rev. Dr. Patrick Ferry CEO of Concordia University. He leads a large body of different individuals with different opinions on everything, yet sets a clear path for the University to follow and does it in such a way that all who know him think he is doing it just for them. Humble leader who will take the time to council anyone no matter their station in life. From the largest donor to the brand new freshmen. It is never all about him. Always positive and represents Jesus in the way I believe Jesus would want us all to do.
In just a few words – How would you describe what MMAC does to support your business? It provides my company with a voice, although, small with various governing bodies and regulatory agencies. Often the concerns of smaller entities can be over looked or ignored. The MMAC with its large member base can be a force to be reckoned with or at least not so easily pushed aside. We have been members for 75 years.

What are some common themes discussed in your Roundtable? Current economic conditions, employee issues, growth strategies, best practices on a variety of subjects. Ideas of what to do when you don't know what to do. A sounding board for any issue and we all have them from time to time.
What benefits you professionally from belonging to our Executive Roundtables? A sounding board, better ways to grow and strengthen the business. Develop a network of close associates that you can share problems with when often there is no other place else to carry them.
