Executive Roundtable Program
In just a few words – How does your membership supports your business?
Membership in the MMAC has allowed us to meet new people in business throughout the greater Milwaukee area. We've participated in networking events and the COSBE roundtable group.
Share some common themes discussed in your Roundtable.
Our roundtable conversations include topics related to generating new business and attracting, retaining and managing employees. We have a diverse topic setting, but these two are the hot topics today.
What benefits you - either professionally or personally - from belonging to our Executive Roundtables?
Professionally, I'm able to hear different perspectives to challenges that are addressed. Personally, there is support in the individual health and wellness goals I am trying to achieve.

What was the last music or cultural event you attended - in person or virtual?
In Person - attended the Tool concert at the Fiserv Forum.
If you had a super power – what would it be?
Reading minds would be fascinating. I would want to have control as too when I decided to read someone's mind, but it would be great to understand how people think and why they make certain decisions.
What's one fact about you – that most of your colleagues don’t know?
I'm pretty much an open book, so hard to say what people don't know about me. I guess most people know I play hockey, but most don't know that I'm an advanced certified SCUBA diver.
Out of town guests need entertaining – what is your go to destination and why?
Too many to choose from, and somewhat depends on time of year. We've got a great food scene here, so I'd recommend doing a food tour to learn about the city and eat some amazing grub.
What is one professional goal you have for the next 90 days?
We are currently working on developing our 3-year strategic plan. I'd like to have that fleshed out in the next 90 days.
How would you describe the 2-year outlook for your industry?
Our industry is seeing a huge spike in demand, especially since COVID changed the buying behavior process to have a greater demand with online buying experiences.
