3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR TOUR

Check out a detailed tour timeline to make your set-up easy
Connect with your classroom teacher
Start to consider which positions/jobs you’d like to showcase
Consider a parting gift for the students See what other businesses have done!

ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR TOUR

Review accuracy of your tour information on the tour calendar
Please note: Transportation contractor and tour ambassadors will be referring to this page in preparation for attending your tour.
Ensure your educator has the appropriate media releases signed for the students who will be in attendance
- Sample:

DAY OF YOUR TOUR

Provide any necessary safety gear - such as googles, smocks, etc. – for all attendees

Tours should last approximately 80-90 minutes and include:
Meeting your CEO/President
15-20 minute presentation that peaks the students' interests (products/services, types of positions, what people do, salary ranges, importance of education, soft skills, etc.)
35-45 minute facility/office tour
Post-tour recap with Q&A
