CONTACT: Jim Kraschinsky. Aries Industries (262) 219-9931 or [email protected] Waukesha, Wis. – Aries Industries, the industry leader in state-of-the-art equipment for inspection and rehabilitation of underground infrastructure, has experienced significant growth in its core business of wastewater inspection and rehabilitation product lines. As a result of this increased growth, Aries Industries has decided to sell its non-core Water Well assets to Laval Underground Surveys (LUS) of Fresno, Calif. The sale allows Aries Industries to focus and invest their efforts entirely in the continued development of solutions for the larger wastewater inspection and rehabilitation markets. This strategic decision to divest from its successful Water Well assets is in response to the unprecedented demand for its wastewater inspection and rehabilitation product lines. Most notably, the enthusiastic reception of Aries Industries’ high-definition mainline inspection system, Voyager™ HD, as well as the all-electric cutter, Wolverine 2.0®, has accelerated its momentum in these markets. Aries Industries has proudly delivered outstanding quality and customer service to its Water Well customers for many years. LUS will immediately assume responsibility for Aries Industries’ water well quotes, parts, service, support and warranty. “Aries Industries is on a strong growth trajectory, thanks to our customers, dealers and employees,” said Larry Brown, President and CEO of Aries Industries. “The innovative solutions our team has produced in recent years have shifted the technology landscape of wastewater inspection and rehabilitation. The growth within these product lines validates that they are the future of the company. We will continue to sharpen our focus and commitment on growing our digital wastewater inspection and rehabilitation product offerings.” Founded in 1985, Aries Industries is the industry leader in manufacturing durable video pipeline inspection and rehabilitation systems, plus data management software, to meet the toughest challenges of underground infrastructure and environmental applications.
